I have been so excited to try CAVA but when we arrived there was easily 30-40 people in line so we decided to try JINYA Ramen Bar and wow this was a 10/10 and service was amazing! Best choice ever. We had the JINYA Bun (the meat was SO TENDER) and tried a pork and chicken ramen. So so so flavorful especially with a poached egg. Addie our server was phenomenal.
Saved the best restaurant for last on our trip apparently. Everything we ordered was delicious, no doubt. Service was very pleasant, attentive and wonderful.
Great place to eat. May have been a weekday thing, but they were short on servers but still had good service. The Flying Vegetarian Bowl was probably the best bowl I have ever had. My table was all for the Vegetarian vs other options. -Pros Atmosphere Food Size of place! -Cons None Like I stated, the service was a little slow but it was a weekday and they had a lot of people. May update review on a weekend visit.
The Tonkotsu red is a must have! Tried level 4 last time and I love it. The soup is so rich and the heat really balances it. Love it when we dine in, but won’t recommend take out. Tried takeout once and the portion size was sad, but this dine-in experience was great! Glad we gave them a second try.

The ramen was flavorful and well-prepared, making it worth the visit. I would definitely come back for the main dishes! As for the appetizers, they were just okay. They leaned more toward a Mexican influence, which felt a bit out of place at an Asian ramen restaurant. I wouldn’t feel the need to order them again, but overall, the meal was enjoyable.
I didn't have to ask for the salt! I had the tonokush black. It was perfect. We have been going on date night regular for ten years now and this is the top 1 or 2 restaurants we have ever been too. Especially for the food. If good food is vital to you this place will be a big treat for you. The place has a very unique concept. So fun, great food, atmosphere, and good service. What more do you need! Oh and my wife had the T. Red 5 spicy level. They go to 10. She loved it. And Selena was very sweet and friendly!
We were sat upstairs. The lunch traffic was pretty light, so we had a quiet atmosphere. Our waitress was AMAZING (Nina), she was the sweetest thing! Our food was delicious as well. The Goya pot stickers were the best. We'll definitely be back!
Nice place with delicious ramen! The broth is excellent and the noodles have the ideal amount of chew. The service was great as well, hats off to Addie! I would recommend this to anyone looking for a nice bowl of ramen.
